Exchange Policy:

- You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange.
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions:
- We do not offer refunds or returns.
- Certain items are exempt from exchange.
- Exchange Procedure:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at care@bestbuykart.com.
- Clearly state the reason for the exchange and provide proof of purchase.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Conditions:
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
- Any additional costs resulting from an exchange, such as price differences or shipping fees, will be your responsibility.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
